No redistribution

You may not redistribute our models, or any part of a model, sold to you by us.

Custom orders and server payments

Custom vehicle orders require payment to SoloMods for the vehicle, and payment to the server for it to be added.

Locked models

All models sold by us are locked unless agreed otherwise.

No refunds

There are no refunds on any of our models at any time. No exceptions.

Fixing issues

If there is a major issue with a model (for example the wheels fly off, the model crashes your game, or the vehicle is not the one ordered), we will fix your model if we know how to fix the issue.

Permitted use

Models sold by us may be used for personal use or on a roleplay server.

Custom pricing

Prices for custom models vary depending on what you are looking for, and on whether you want custom parts (for example wheels) made for the build.

Build times

Custom builds take time. If it is a model we already have, it may be ready in less than 24 hours.

FiveM ready

All models sold by us are FiveM ready unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery and download window

• Once we receive your payment, you will be sent a Google Drive link shortly after.
• You have 24 hours to download the files. After that the files are permanently deleted.
• If you miss the window, a new link can be sent for a $5 resend fee, with another 24 hours to download.
• If the files are still not downloaded after that, the model is lost and must be purchased again at full price.
• If we have not heard from you about a model within 2 weeks, you will need to pay full price to receive it.

No reselling access

You may not charge other people real-world money to use the vehicles in any way.
