How long does a build take?
It depends on how much is going into the car. Custom builds take time to do properly, but if it's a model we already have, it can be ready in under 24 hours.
Are the cars locked?
Yes. Every model we sell is locked unless we agree otherwise before the build.
What if something's wrong with my car?
If there's a major issue, like the wheels flying off, the model crashing your game or it not being the car you ordered, we'll fix it.
Do you offer refunds?
No. There are no refunds on any model at any time, so make sure the quote covers everything you want before we start.
How do I get my files?
After payment you're sent a Google Drive link. You have 24 hours to download; after that the files are deleted. A new link costs a $5 resend fee.
Can I use the cars on my server?
Yes, for personal use or on a roleplay server. You can't redistribute the models or charge people real money to use them. For custom orders, getting the car added to a server is paid to that server separately.
